These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Pathway to Aus.

2. About Pathway to Aus

Pathway to Aus (ABN: [ABN Number]) is a MARA-registered Australian migration agency. All migration advice provided by Pathway to Aus is given by registered migration agents (RMAs) listed with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

Our MARA registration means we are legally authorised to provide migration advice and assistance for a fee in Australia. You can verify our agents' registration at mara.gov.au.

3. Our Services

Pathway to Aus provides professional migration advice and assistance services including:

  • Job Ready Program (JRP) guidance and application support

Service Agreement

Before commencing paid services, we will provide you with a written Client Service Agreement that outlines the specific services to be provided, fees, timelines, and our responsibilities. No work will commence until a signed Client Service Agreement is in place.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Migration decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) or Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). While we commit to providing accurate, professional advice and preparing strong applications, Pathway to Aus cannot guarantee any specific visa or assessment outcome.

Eligibility Checker and Online Tools

The eligibility checker and any other assessment tools on our website provide indicative results only. They do not constitute formal migration advice and are not a substitute for a professional consultation with a registered migration agent.

Results from online tools should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your visa eligibility. Always seek advice from a registered migration agent before making any migration-related decisions.

  • We will provide you with a full written fee breakdown before commencing any paid work

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by your individual Client Service Agreement and the MARA Code of Conduct. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 business days. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total fees paid to Pathway to Aus for those services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
