About Pathway to Aus
We exist for one reason — to give skilled migrants a clear, honest, and expert path to their Australian life.
Why We Started Pathway to Aus
The Australian migration system is one of the most complex and high-stakes processes a person can navigate. We saw too many skilled workers — trade graduates, experienced professionals, dedicated employees — make costly mistakes not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the right guidance.
Pathway to Aus was built to change that.
We are a team of MARA-registered migration agents based in Australia, dedicated to three skilled visa pathways that we know inside and out: the Job Ready Program (JRP), the Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa, and the Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme.
We do not offer dozens of visa services to dozens of different clients. We go deep, not wide. Our focus means our clients get expert-level guidance, not generalist advice.
Three Services. One Focus. Your Australian Future.
Every service we offer leads to the same destination — a skilled, settled life in Australia.
Job Ready Program (JRP)
For international trade graduates holding an Australian CRICOS RTO qualification. We guide you through all four TRA stages — PSA, JRE, JRWA, and JRFA — to secure your formal skills assessment and open the door to Subclass 189, 190, or 491 permanent residence.
Learn about JRP →Skills in Demand Visa (Subclass 482)
For skilled workers with an Australian employer ready to sponsor them. We manage your 482 visa application end-to-end — employer nomination, sponsorship, and application — so you can live and work in Australia for up to four years with a clear pathway to permanent residence.
Learn about 482 Visa →Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)
Australia's primary employer-sponsored permanent residence visa. Whether you are transitioning from a 482 visa via the TRT stream, applying directly from overseas via the Direct Entry stream, or coming through a Labour Agreement, we handle the complexity so you can focus on your future.
Learn about 186 Visa →Built for Skilled Migrants, By People Who Understand the Journey
Our clients come from the Philippines, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Fiji, and beyond. They are carpenters, cooks, automotive mechanics, electricians, nurses, and more. They came to Australia to study, to work, and to build something permanent.
We understand the pressure of visa deadlines, employer requirements, and TRA assessments. We understand what it means to have your Australian future riding on one application. That is why we handle every case personally — no call centres, no junior staff processing your file without oversight, no templated advice.
What You Can Expect From Us
Honest Eligibility Assessment
We will tell you the truth about your visa options from day one — even if that means telling you that a particular pathway is not right for you. Honest advice saves time, money, and heartache.
MARA-Registered Expertise
Every piece of migration advice given by Pathway to Aus comes from a registered migration agent (RMA) listed with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Your application is in qualified, accountable hands.
End-to-End Case Management
From your first consultation to your visa grant, we manage every stage of your application. You always know exactly where your case stands.
No Hidden Fees
We give you a complete, written fee breakdown before you commit to anything. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Fast Communication
We respond to all client enquiries within 24 business hours. Migration timelines are tight — we never let communication be the bottleneck.
Personalised, Not Templated

Why MARA Registration Matters to You
In Australia, only registered migration agents (RMAs) and Australian legal practitioners are legally permitted to provide migration advice for a fee or reward. Anyone providing migration advice without MARA registration is operating illegally.
When you work with a MARA-registered agent, you are protected. You have access to the Migration Agents Registration Authority's complaints process. Your agent is bound by the Code of Conduct for registered agents. Your advice comes from someone who has passed the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice and keeps their skills current with annual continuing professional development.
At Pathway to Aus, every agent is MARA registered. Always check your migration agent's registration before trusting them with your future.
Legally Authorised
Only MARA registered agents can legally provide paid migration advice in Australia.
Code of Conduct
All registered agents are bound by MARA's professional Code of Conduct.
Qualified and Current
Agents must hold a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and complete annual CPD training.
Client Testimonial
Pathway to Aus made the most stressful process of my life feel manageable. They knew exactly what TRA needed at every stage and guided me through my JRWA without a single issue. I now have my skills assessment and my 189 visa application is in progress.
